Arrangements have been made to run a passenger service between Lutana and Hobart, commencing on Friday, 19th March, 1926. These arrangements will be for a trial period of three months, and continuance will depend on the support given.
The following time table will be in force until further notice: --
TUESDAYS. -- Leave Ingle's corner (Bathurst Street). 9.45 a.m. and 1.30 p.m. Leave Lutana, 10 a.m. and 1.45 p.m.
FRIDAYS. -- Leave Ingle's corner 9.45 a.m., 1.30 p.m., 7.15 p.m., 9.30 p.m., 10 p.m. Leave Lutana-hall 10 a.m., 1.45 p.m., 7.00 p.m., 7.30 p.m., 9.45 p.m., 10.15 p.m.
It will be necessary for intending passengers to notify Mr. T. B. Hack, Bowen-road, what time they desire to travel on Friday evenings so as to arrange booking.
SATURDAY EVENINGS. -- Leave Ingle's corner 7.30 for Lutana, returning after dance. This trip will not be run on Saturday, 10th April.
FARES.-- Adults, 6d each way, Children, over 3 and under 12, half fare.
ROUTE.-- Bowen Road, Albert Road, Risdon Road, and Domain.
